Week 12: The shortest intercambio ever and Rosana's Batism.

Hola familia y amigos!

This week was really great. Tuesday we had reuniones with the zone. Elder Luedtke and I kind of taught an ingles class but we ended up mainly playing the piano. We didn't have that many lecciones this week. Tuesday was another Colombia futbol game and it was impossible to do anything. Then this Thursday was my intercambio with Elder Mohr. I got to his flat and we were talking having a good time, but then he got a call from Presidente Baquerizo at 10 PM. He talked on the phone for like 2 minutes hung up and said we won't be able to do the intercambio tomorrow because he just got called to be an a Assistant to the Presidente. So then his companion,my companion and I had to take a taxi back to help him get packed.  We had to hurry because he had to be in Bogota the next day by noon. So Elder Araujo and I had to sleep at their flat and get up really early to take him to the terminal. Then after all that happened it was back to normal.

We had lots of lecciones with Rosana, and on Saturday she was baptized! It was awesome, her son was at the baptism too and we're working on getting him baptized in the upcoming months! The spirit was so strong at her Baptism and it was awesome to see her so happy afterwards. Then Sunday I had the privilege of confirming her as a member of the church, and that was an awesome experience.

Then today Elder Araujo and I made new cases for our agenda's, we cleaned the house, and we went and had milkshakes celebrating because he wasn't  sent to another zone!  Then we went and bought food because we had absolutely no food in the house. This morning after breakfast we literally had only milk left. We had lunch at this place called Frisby's and it's a chicken place an it was super good! The food here is amazing and the people are even better. Villavicencio is so cool and I'm so glad to be here serving these people. I love and miss you all, I hope all is well.
